Armenian-British IT Initiatives were formed as a result of a successful cooperation with British Embassy Yerevan. The initial project was supported and financed by the Embassy.
The European Union is a unique economic and political union between 28 European countries that together cover much of the continent. The EU was created in the aftermath of the Second World War. The first steps were to foster economic cooperation: the idea being that countries that trade with one another become economically interdependent and so more likely to avoid conflict.
Union of Information Technology Enterprises
The Union is a business association of information and communication technologies enterprises (ICT) operating in Armenia aiming at the protection of economic interests, business promotion and advancement of research in the ICT sector. UITE is the official information partner of the Initiation.
East Invest is a regional investment and trade facilitation project for the economic development of the Eastern Neighbourhood region, launched in the framework of the European Eastern Partnership initiative.
It targets Business support organisations and SMEs from the 6 Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Ukraine), who have potential for developing mutual cooperation and investment relations with the European Union.
Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Development National Center
The Fund was established by Government of Armenia in 2002. SME Development National Center is authorized to provide state support to small and medium entrepreneurship (SME) in the country. SME DNC was one of the co-organizers of the British-Armenian B2B Networking Event in London.
Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia
The primary mission of the Chamber is the improvement of business environment, promotion of export and investments, support to small and medium enterprises, providing economic growth of the economy as a final result. ARMCCI is an information partner of the initiative.

Embassy of Armenia to the United Kingdom is an information partner of the Armenian-British IT Business Networking Event.
Armenian British Business Chamber
ABBC’s main objectives include attracting British investments to the most promising sectors of the Armenian economy, presenting a positive image to the local community; wherever possible, using the ABBC activities to add value to the economic life of Armenia, and to demonstrate a strong spirit of integration and co-operation within that community, presentating a varied programme of events which will both strengthen the financial base of ABBC and create a general awareness of Armenia’s business issues. The organisation creates work places where businesses can flourish by regenerating urban areas through innovative development projects.
Enterprise Europe Network
The Network helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) make the most of business opportunities in the EU and beyond. EEN in London was the official co-organizer of the British-Armenian B2B Networking Event in London.
